Measurements: Circumference - 5 inches at tightest to 6 inches at loosest (buckle gives 1 inch of adjustment), length 6 inches (including lace frill)

Because of the wooly-ness of the tartan and the leathery leather buckles and the metal, I’d recommend a hand wash / dry clean only please. Don’t take chances with tarts.
